There are six components of Diet

  1. Carbohydrates
  2. Fats
  3. Proteins
  4. Vitamins
  5. Minerals
  6. Water

When Carbohydrates are restricted to less than 45 gms per day (750 mg per Kilogram of Body weight), it is called Paleo

How is Paleo diet different from other diets ? 

  • Is most other diets there is restriction of all components of diet
  • All other five components are adequately taken in Paleo

Another Difference is

  • In Most other diets, there is Calorie Restriction
  • In Paleo, there is no Calorie Restriction

What are the Benefits of Paleo >
Paleo cures or controls many diseases related to Related to Insulin Resistance

  1. Type 2 Diabetes is brought under control
  2. Body weight reduced
  3. Abdominal Girth Reduces

In addition to this, Many Hormone Disorders are controlled and Few certain Autoimmune diseases undergo remission
